Our church insurance program Property and liability insurance for local churches through the UCC The Conferences of the United Church of Christ Insurance Board is a nonprofit program of property and liability insurance for United Church of Christ and Christian Church congregations. It is owned and operated by 38 UCC Conferences. The Insurance Board originated when UCC churches in California decided to insure together to guarantee full replacement value at affordable costs and to obtain adequate earthquake coverage. The program was so successful that it grew to become national in scope. The Insurance Board provides extensive property and liability converge to local UCC congregations.
